Major photo update on 13 April 2008
General
- All photo pages should be more reliable now (photos hosted on own server)
- Some additions made and errors removed
- Clearer layout in title and tables
- Distances given also in miles
- Logos now correspond with the described transport system
- New section "Other Rail Transport" (e.g. Paris RER)
