Most metro stations have been architected by Sir Norman Foster and are similar in design. First we will examine Foster's standard station design from outside to inside, looking at photos from different stations, starting with Abando (at the central station). Then we'll ride lines 1 and 2, taking a look at more untypical stations. At last we'll ride the Euskotran light rail, transfer to the cercanias (suburban metro) and arrive at Abando where we started.
